I was able to buy my dream home in the mountains in 2015. Shortly after, an unexpected job opportunity drew me to California for three years. This turned my dream home into an unintentional investment property and ignited a passion for real estate investing. When finally able to return to the Boulder area in 2018, I settled in Nederland where I started a contracting company and began my life in a small mountain community. As I have expanded my real estate portfolio over the years, I have learned the intricacies involved in identifying quality properties, negotiating terms of purchase, securing loans, and property management.
